Contact RandomToolsBase
Send bug reports, corrections, accessibility feedback, and general questions by email.
Useful details to include
For bug reports, include the tool URL, browser, device type, and a short description of the input or setting that caused the issue. Do not send private rosters, passwords, giveaway exports, or sensitive student information by email.
If you are reporting a randomizer issue, describe the settings rather than sending the private list itself. For example, say that a list had 30 names, duplicate removal was enabled, or no-repeat mode was active.
Feedback priorities
Accessibility issues, incorrect tool behavior, unclear copy, broken metadata, and privacy concerns are the most useful reports. RandomToolsBase does not provide legal advice for giveaways or high-impact decisions, but reports about confusing limitations or compliance wording are welcome.
Support boundaries
RandomToolsBase cannot verify contest eligibility, certify a draw, recover locally generated passwords, review private rosters, or advise on legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or regulated decisions. Keep those records in your own systems and use the tools only as low-stakes browser utilities.
